I adore the thought of owning a small coffee shop someday. A quiet place with excellent coffee, lots of friendly neighborhood regulars, and a rustic design. I imagine days of taking orders and playing barista to artists, musicians, busy moms and people in need of a break in their day.
Today I ventured into Monmouth Coffee Company in Covent Garden, London and it was instant love. From the cute interior, friendly staff, cute packaging, wonderful chocolate and even more amazing coffee – I am smitten.
